The jams of Kutna Hora

So, let me spill the beans about my adventure in Kutna Hora! It was a beautiful sunny day, the birds were chirping, and I was ready to conquer the world (or at least a couple of churches😆) First up, we've got the Church of the Assumption of Mary. This bad boy was built way back in the 12th century and is rocking the Gothic style like nobody's business. Plus, fun fact: it was the OG cathedral in Kutna Hora😎 They really set the bar high with this one!

Next on the agenda.... Kostnice Sedlec, aka the Bone Church. Yup, you heard that right😅 Imagine a chapel sitting pretty on top, and then, boom, an ossuary chilling below. It's like a real-life spooky sandwich! And get this, it used to be part of a monastic order until good ol' Jožef II. came along and said, "No more bones for you!" Talk about a party pooper😕

Last but definitely not least, we've got the Church of St. Barbara. This baby is a Roman Catholic church that's basically the Beyoncé of Gothic churches in Central Europe. It's so iconic that even UNESCO has its back😜 I mean, who wouldn't want to be under the protection of UNESCO, am I right?

And to cap off my church tour extravaganza, I treated myself to a Nutella-filled hardener. Because let's be real, when Nutella calls, you answer😉 And what better way to end a day of sightseeing than with a sweet treat?

So, I recommend you to visit Kutna Hora.... where history meets bones, meets UNESCO-approved sweetness. It's a trip you won't forget! Rozali💕
